Donn M. Koonce is a Senior Business Development Manager, executive coach, and the founder of E3W — Every Three Weeks — a peer-based professional development community of thirty-plus B2B sales professionals.

His career spans commercial insurance brokerage, scaling a facility services company from $3M to $12M in revenue, and managing national accounts across dozens of industries. He holds a BA in Communication and Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.

He lives in Brownsburg, Indiana with his wife Holly and their children Canyon and Londonn.
